1- Log in to your iOS device and go to Settings
2- Choose Mail, click Accounts, then Add Account
3- Choose Other to connect Webmail to your device
4- Click on the first option Add Mail Account to begin the linking steps, after that fill in the fields (name – email – password – description with which you want the email to appear on your device)
5- Now you will be taken to the New Account screen, and on this screen you must enter the information for the Incoming Mail Server and the Outgoing Mail Server, which will be present in your Webmail data, and we will provide you with an explanation at the end of how to know them from the cPanel or Webmail control panel.
Incoming Mail Server
– Host Name enter the IP address of the server where your Webmail is located.
– Username write your email such as [email protected]
– Password write the password for your Webmail email
Outgoing Mail Server
Fill in the data in the same format that you wrote in the Incoming Mail Server fields. In order to be able to correspond with Contacts, you must essentially enter this data. These fields are necessary.
After making sure to fill in all the data, we will move to the most important step of installing Webmail on your iOS system.

6- Log in to your Webmail control panel (knowing that Username – Password is sent) with the email registered with us in Hawsabah, which will be titled New Account Information.
7- Enter your username and email password
8- Click onConfigure Mail Client
9- Finally, your email information will be attached to you: Incoming Mail Server – Outgoing Mail Server
