1- Log in to the Hawsabah website
2- From the top of the list, click on Services then My Services
3- Choose your hosting package, then enter the Login to cPanel
* Note: To be activated the Web Disk and operate properly without any error, the SSL certificate must be activated on the hosting service *
4- Choose Web Disk from the Files list
5- Click on Enable Digest Authentication
6- Create User and in the Directory field you must write Root or leave it blank
7- Click on Configure Client Access and then select the required operating system
8- The file to be downloaded will appear
9- After downloading the file, the tab below will appear. Wait to open the user and password table, which will open the files with you in this form, which will be attached to you below.
10- Before running the script, you must configure your computer's firewall to allow traffic to flow over the following ports "Port 2078, Port 2077" in clear text (unencrypted SSL) Firewall configuration steps vary depending on your operating system, check your operating system's documentation for more instructions. On computers with advanced security. Click on Windows Defender and select Windows Firewall Enter “Firewall” in the Windows 10 search box Right-click “Incoming Rules” in the sidebar and choose “New Rule” from the context menu
11- The wizard opens to help you configure the rule. For Rule Type, select Port and then click Next
12- In Protocol and Ports select TCP as the protocol, then in the Specific local ports text box, enter 2078 for servers that support SSL or 2077 for servers that do not have a security certificate. To open both ports type 2077-2078
13- On the Action page, make sure Allow the connection is selected, and then click Next
14- In the profile, make sure you select the types of sites you want to use the web disk on
15- Finally, enter a name and description for the rule, then click “Finish.”
16- Now repeat the steps to configure the outbound rule, start by right clicking on Outbound Rules in the sidebar and select New Rule. Make sure you configure the same ports that you did for the inbound rule
17- When finished, you should see the incoming and outgoing rules listed for Web Disk
18- Now you can continue running the previously downloaded Web Disk Configuration script. Double-click the file and select Open.
The most important step is to have the file open.
