1- Log in to the Hawsabah website
2- From the top of the list, click on Services then My Services
3- Click on “Active” for email service
4-Choose Manage Email Accounts
5- Click on Mail and choose the Install Certificate
6-Add the record by managing the domain’s DNS, knowing that the servers must be (Hawsabah) servers. If the servers are external, you must add the record with the hosting service provider. Also save your certificate CSR and add -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- to -----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- And in the Private key, add from -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- to -----END PRIVATE KEY----- and finally click on Install
