1- Log in to the Hawsabah website
2- From the top of the list, click on Services then My Services
3- Click on “Active” for email service
4- Choose Manage Email Accounts
5- Click on Manage Users / Accounts
6- Click on the account whose password you want to change
7- The password is reset by clicking on Reset Password, and finally saving the changes
