1- Log in to the Hawsabah website
2- From the top of the list, click on Services then My Services
3- Click on “Active” for email service
3- Scroll to the bottom of the page. You must add all the records that appear in the DNS for the service to be activated. After adding all the records correctly, you will be able to add the accounts.
Note: If you are on the Hawsabah servers, which are:
Ns10.hawsabah.com.sa
Ns11.hawsabah.com.sa

If your servers are external, you can contact your service provider to add the records
4- To create a Webmail account ,Fill in the data shown on the following page:
5- Then click on Create Email Account
6- Your username and password will appear to log in to Webmail
7- The link to enter Webmail is by typing in the Google search engine https://webmail.domain.sa. Replace the word domain with your own domain.
8- Log in using the account you created from the Hawsabah control panel
