Activate and create a Google Workspace email

 

 

 

1- Log in to the Hawsabah website

 

 

2- From the top of the list, click on Services then My Services 

 

 

 

3- Click on “Active” for email service

 

 

 

4- At the bottom of the page you will find DNS records. Please add them to the DNS management to activate the emails

NOTE:

 

- If your servers are on virtual computing servers:

ns11.hawsabah.com.sa - ns10.hawsabah.com.sa

Please follow the steps to add DNS records by clicking Here

 

 

- If your servers are external, please contact your service provider to add DNS records

 

 

5- To create an admin account, please fill out the following data by clicking the services and then clicking on “Active” in front of the Google email service.

 

 

6- After that, you can log in the control panel by clicking on Google Apps Admin Console

 

7- After logging in, you will see a message to verify the domain by adding a TXT record

8- Click on Verify Now

9- Copy the TXT record and add it to the DNS manager to verify ownership of your domain

10- Now you can add more accounts.
 
 
11- To create a new account, click on Add a user
